How it Works:

Log in with your user name and password.

There are two different ways to use this site.

• One is for emergency purposes eg. If a staff member rings in sick on the morning or night before they have a shift, don’t panic you can log on to Lastminuteminders and find a staff member to do emergency cover, we recommend a higher rate of pay for this service (Please see recommended rates of pay)
• Secondly, you can advertise any position in our jobs section. This is a FREE service for positions of six months or less ie. Holidays/Maternity leave, there is a small fee for advertising full-time/permanent part-time jobs

Emergency Cover-What to do:

• Fill in the relevant search fields
• Click search
• You will then see the profiles of staff that most closely match your requirements Choose your favourite 3 profiles. (by qualifications, experience, references etc.)
• These candidates will be contacted by text message and email to advise them of the placement.
• They will respond to us, and then you will be advised if your search has been successful by email.
• Details of the position including duration and location will be sent to the successful candidate.
• If your search is not successful for any reason then you will be asked to choose different candidates until the position has been filled. The successful candidate will contact you directly.
